First Steps

As a new KW Elevate Agent, there will be a lot of information coming at you very quickly after signing your initial paperwork. Here’s what we recommend doing in order:

1. Join an MLS Board: Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors, Medina County Board of Realtors, Lorain County Association of Realtors

2. Attend the soonest training at YES-MLS to learn how to use their system to enter and search for listings. (Transfer Agents may skip this)

3. If you are new to the industry and not joining a team, meet with our Business Coach Sara Medrick for a one-on-one meeting. (Transfer & Team Agents may skip this)

4. Review the training calendar each month and attend as many training's as you are able to! Make sure you attend one of our Broker Classes with Rob Quinn or watch a past recording.

5. Join our Private Facebook Group 

6. Keep an eye out for daily and weekly trainings are sent out via email daily, entitled "What's Going On Today" and feel free to attend any and all of our trainings, classes and events.

7. If you haven't completed the New Agent Orientation, please do so.
