

How to Get Paid: Overview & Guidelines
1. Submit Your Commission Request:

Requests must be submitted a minimum of 1 week before closing to avoid delays.

For efficiency, you can submit your commission request when you submit your Escrow Letter to Title, as long as it’s done promptly.
2. Document Review by Auditor:

Submitting a commission request prompts an audit of your documents.
-
Missing documents, signatures, or other requirements will be communicated by the auditor.

Document Access Guidelines:

Using DotLoop? The auditor can directly access your files to review.

Using Docusign? You must upload your documents to your Command Opportunity for the auditor to access. Audit updates will be provided through Command.

3. Payment Processing Timeline:

Same-Day Payment: Commission requests are typically paid the same day we receive commission checks, provided the request has been submitted, and the audit is complete.

Commission checks received after 11:00 AM will be processed on the following business day.

Delayed Commission Requests = Delayed Payment: Submit your commission request promptly to allow time for auditing and addressing any missing items.

All required documents must be completed and executed before payment can be released

For team agents, confirm with your Team Leader who will handle the commission request.
